Attention International Customers Please read the following!

If you are an international customer you may proceed through our regular checkout, however, please be advised that the shipping charges will not be included.  The exact costs for international shipments will be sent to you via e-mail.  This rule does not apply to Canada.  Lotus Sculpture uses UPS ground to ship to Canada.  Canadian customers please go through regular online checkout.  As noted below you will not be charged a duty for importing our sculptures by your government.

As a convenience to our international clients we charge you exactly what UPS, the US Postal Service or FedEx charges Lotus Sculpture plus $10 for packing materials.

We ship all international packages with documentation from the archeology department of the government of either India, Bangladesh or Thailand that proves the statue was crafted in Asia. Many countries do NOT charge import taxes from Handicrafts originating in India, Bangladesh or Thailand.  The official documents prove that the piece was created in Asia thus you will not be charged extra duties.  The customer is responsible for whatever duties apply to the statue.

All sculptures will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order if ordered before 11AM Monday through Friday. Lotus Sculpture uses UPS Ground to ship products weighing up to 150 pounds.  For items over 150 pounds, we use freight ground service, ABF Shipping.  If you require a lift gate there will be an extra $93 charge.

UPS standard ground shipping takes 2-7 days for delivery. If your order requires overnight or speedy delivery please request this in the “Special Instructions” box within the shipping instructions section of checkout. Someone will contact you to accommodate your request.

Lotus Sculpture packs each sculpture with care, and ships each package with full insurance.  We also provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment's journey to your home. 

We take utmost care in shipping and packing each sculpture.  It is so important to us that each sculpture arrives  whole and undamaged.  We use double-thick, corrugated cardboard boxes for all UPS deliveries.  For all freight deliveries, a wooden box is built to fit that individual sculptures' dimensions.  Each piece is packed in one layer of packing material then wrapped with extra thick bubble wrap.  Then the sculpture is packed with a layer of packing material with at least four inches thick between your bubble wrapped sculpture and the corrugated box or wood crate. 

Handling and packaging are included in the shipping price for both UPS and Freight delivery charges.

The price of shipping is based upon the weight of the sculpture.  

If you would like to pick up your order at our Greenwich, Connecticut location select the “pick up” option in the drop down menu in the shipping section of the checkout.  Lotus Sculpture is located in the heart of Greenwich on 46 Milbank Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830.  Lotus Sculpture will contact you after you have purchased your item to arrange a pick up time and date.

If you live in the towns of Greenwich, Stamford, Ridgefield, Darien and New Canaan Connecticut local delivery can be arranged for $20 regardless of size or amount of sculptures. (All products in the Granite Sculpture section are excluded from local delivery)

All customers requiring freight ground shipment will be contacted prior to shipping. 

 Return Policies

Lotus Sculpture will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back, exchange or credit.  The shipping charges are not refunded on returns.  A 3% service charge is applied to returns.  The sculpture must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to Lotus Sculpture, 46 Milbank Ave. Greenwich, Ct 06830.  Please contact us at 1 866-LOTUS-12 before returning the item.

Return delivery fees must be pre-paid and any additional delivery fees incurred at time of original delivery are non-refundable.

If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify Lotus Sculpture within 48 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken.  Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company.   Again, we take utmost care to make sure that any damage  does not happen in the first place.

Lotus Sculpture accepts Visa , MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted.  Please make money orders and cashiers checks payable to Lotus Sculpture.  

No personal checks please.
