Ordering for International Customers  If you are an international customer you may proceed through our regular checkout or call in your order 1-203-629-0902.  International shipping charges will be added to your order except Canada where it is immediately calculated.  Please email info@lotussculpture.com or call us 203-629-0902 to receive a shipping quote.  Please include the item number of the statue you are interested in purchasing.

Lotus Sculpture prefers to use TNT International and the US Postal Service .  We can also use any service of the client's choosing.

International Shipping Charges   Please be advised that the shipping charges will not be included.  The exact costs for international shipments will be sent to you via e-mail.  Only after you approve of the added shipping charges is your credit card charged and the sculpture is sent.  We prefer to use TNT International shipping  because they are relatively inexpensive and the most dependable option. Another option is the US Postal Service Airmail (5-10 days).  The prices are usually about the same as TNT but in our opinion TNT is a better service. 

Canadian Orders  Lotus Sculpture uses "UPS Standard to Canada" to ship to Canada.  Canadian customers please go through regular online checkout.  The shipping charges are given automatically during checkout.  No extra fees apply.

Customs and Duties  There may be duties or taxes importing a Lotus Sculpture into your country.  Please check with your government to determine the duties as they vary country to country.
The customer is responsible for whatever duties apply to the statue.
Lotus Sculpture is not responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws.
