Returns
 Lotus Sculpture will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back, exchange or credit. No questions asked!  The shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Lotus Sculpture.  We do not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue.  A 3% service charge is applied to returns.  The fee is waived if Lotus Sculpture is at fault.  The sculpture must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to Lotus Sculpture, 46 Milbank Ave. Greenwich, Ct 06830.  Please contact us at 1 866-LOTUS-12 before returning the item.

Payment   Lotus Sculpture accepts the American Express Card Visa , MasterCard and Discover credit cards and  Paypal  .    We also accept personal checks, money orders and bank wires.  The money must first clear before the sculpture is shipped.

Bill Me Later:  You can also elect to use the Bill me later option for payment.  Lotus Sculpture can then set up a payment plan for you to make regular payments to buy any sculpture.  No credit card information is necessary for the Bill me Later option. 

Reserving a Sculpture   All our sculptures are one of a kind pieces.  Once a piece is sold it is usually gone forever.  If you are interested in buying a piece but do not want someone else to buy it while you thinking about the purchase you can reserve the piece for up to 2 weeks.  Please contact us, info@lotussculpture.com about RESERVING a sculpture. 

Layaway   We do accept layaway orders where the sculpture can be paid off on a monthly basis.  Please contact us, info@lotussculpture.com about discussing terms that will allow you to purchase a beautiful sculpture for your home, altar or garden.
