Returns  Lotus Sculpture will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back, exchange or credit. No questions asked!  The shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Lotus Sculpture or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping.  Lotus Sculpture does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue.  A 3% service charge is applied to returns.  The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Lotus Sculpture or the shipping company is at fault.  If the customer is returning the sculpture it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to Lotus Sculpture, 1834 Ord Way Oceanside, CA 92056.  Please contact us at (760)994-4455 or info@lotussculpture.com before returning the statue.

Payment   Lotus Sculpture accepts the American Express Card Visa , MasterCard and Discover credit cards and Paypal  .    We also accept personal checks, money orders and bank wires.  The money must first clear before the sculpture is shipped.

Purchase Orders   In order for a sculpture to be shipped out we must be paid in full.  We do not ship using only a purchase order unless previous arrangements have been made.

Sales and Coupons Lotus Sculpture can only honor one coupon at a time. During a storewide sale a customer can use one coupon for a further discount.  Two coupons cannot be used for the same order.

Reserving a Sculpture   All our sculptures are one of a kind pieces.  Once a piece is sold it is usually gone forever.  If you are interested in buying a piece but do not want someone else to buy it while you thinking about the purchase you can reserve the piece for up to 2 weeks.  Please contact us at 760-994-4455 or info@lotussculpture.com about RESERVING a sculpture. 

Layaway  We do accept layaway orders. We are very flexible and allow the statue to be paid off as the customers' budget allows in weekly, biweekly or monthly payments.
