extremely good company. They provide a great deal of useful
information, including many pictures of each object,
information about the material of the sculpture and its
mythological, religious, or iconographic significance. It was
shipped promptly and very well packed,just as they claimed. I had a
very positive experience and am very pleased with my purchase. My
complaint is not with them but with the questionnaire, which does
not allow me to leave blank the "price" field (hence I give it 3 out
of 5, but if I knew the market that could shift). I'd prefer to do
that, since I don't know this market. But the quality of the company
in other respects gives me confidence that the pricing is fair.

Body: I ordered an item over a weekend and paid for it with a credit
card. On Monday I received an email stating that the item (one of a
kind) was previously sold. The merchant offered a couple of
alternative items which did not meet my needs. Eventually they
located a similar item and sent photographs. They also offered a
discount by refunding the shipping chargers ($35.00). I agreed to
the new item and the refund for the shipping. The check for the
shipping charges was supposed to be enclosed with the item but was
not included. I was notified that the check would be sent separately
and it arrived shortly after the item was received. Although I was
annoyed by the hassle of purchasing a previously committed item,
Lotus Sculpture Buddhist & Hindu Statues was EXTREMELY responsive
and offered me an honest and fair solution. I give them my HIGHEST
recommendation and will most definitely purchase from them again.

acquire the most unusual items. The price including shipment is not
cheap since these artists make the works out of devotion and charge in
rupees but I realize that this is a global business. The two piece Lord
Shiva Lingam and Nandi I have purchased is absolutely exquisite. It
precisely resembles actual icons used in south Indian Saivite Temples.
Overall, I would rate this business the absolute best for the

lower priced items. Much of whats available is museum quality lost wax

COMPLETE IT COMPOSITION. THE INVOICE SENT WAS CORRECT BUT THE STATUE DID
NOT MATCH THE INVOICE. WHEN I EMAILED LOTUS SCULPTURE, LYLE FELT THE
STATUE SENT WAS WHAT I HAD ORDERED AND IF I WAS UNHAPPY WITH IT, THEN
SEND IT BACK. I SENT IT BACK ON JUNE 3, 2006 BY UPS METHOD AND HAD TO
PAY FOR SHIPPING IT BACK. MY FEELING IS THAT THE STATUE I HAD ORDERED
WAS SENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THE PACKERS AT LOTUS SCULPTORS WERE CARELESS
IN MATCHING INVOICE TO STATUE SENT. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN
PURCHASING MERCHANDISE OVER THE INTERNET THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I
HAD ORDERED. PLEASE TELL ME IF LOTUS SCULPTOR IS A RELIABLE SELLER AND
HOW DO I FIND INFORMATION ON WHO IS OR IS NOT A RELIABLE INTERNET
SELLER. I ASKED LOTUS SCULPTURE TO SEND ME THE OBJECT ORDERED BY ME IF
