Privacy: Lotus Sculpture respects your personal privacy. We would never, under any circumstances share or sell your information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is used for the transaction only. All pages of the site including the checkout are secured using SSL (Secured Socket Layer) technology. We take security seriously and would never do anything to jeopardize the trust we have built up with our customers.

Payment: Lotus Sculpture accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as Paypal, Amazon Checkout, Venmo, Zelle and Apple pay. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and bank wires. Payments must first clear before sculptures are shipped.
We also accept cryptocurrencies as a form of payment. Please contact us directly if you are interested in learning more.
Financing using Paypal Credit: Lotus Sculpture now offers PayPal Credit which gives no interest if paid within 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. You can follow the link through the online checkout for Paypal Credit.
Layaway: We do accept layaway orders. We are very flexible and allow the statue to be paid off as the customers' budget allows in weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments. Please contact us at 760-994-4455 or [email protected] about discussing terms that will allow you to purchase a beautiful sculpture for your home, altar, or garden.
Returns: Lotus Sculpture will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back, exchange, or credit. No questions asked! Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Lotus Sculpture, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. Lotus Sculpture does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue. A 3% service charge is applied to returns. The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Lotus Sculpture or the shipping company is at fault. If the customer is returning the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to Lotus Sculpture, 1834 Ord Way Oceanside, CA 92056. Please contact us at (760)994-4455 or [email protected] before returning the statue. Only after the return is received and the statue is in good condition will the refund be issued. For all statues being returned by freight the customer is responsible for the recrating of the sculpture. The same rules apply to crated returns; if the customer simply does not like the statue or if for some reason the customer cannot move the statue then the customer must pay the shipping to and the return fees. If there is something wrong with the sculpture then Lotus Sculpture pays the return shipping fee.
Sales and Coupons: Lotus Sculpture can only honor one coupon at a time. During a storewide sale a customer can use one coupon for a further discount. Two coupons cannot be used for the same order. Visit our coupon page to learn more.
Reserving a Sculpture: All of our sculptures are one of a kind pieces. Once a piece is sold it is usually gone forever. If you are interested in buying a piece but do not want someone else to buy it while you thinking about the purchase, you can reserve the piece for up to 2 weeks.
