Materials: Chinese Pure White Porcelain made in Xiamen, China
Total Height Including Base: 10 inches or 25 cms
Base Width & Depth: 6 x 5 inches
Weight: Statue 2 pounds or 1 kg With Box 5 pounds or 2 kgs
- The Buddha is seated in the padmasana or full lotus seated position in the dhyana mudra of meditation with both hands resting in his lap
- He is wearing robes with his chest slightly exposed showing a swastika which is s symbol for "well being"
- This Buddha statue comes in its own custom carrying case, beautifully wrapped in Chinese fabric
This Buddha statue is deep in meditation. He is in the dhyana mudra of meditation with both hands resting in his lap. He wears robes that cover both his shoulders leaving his chest exposed. The Buddha has a small third eye or urna on his forehead which shows how the Buddha is able to see through the illusion of the world around us and can see the true reality of the world around all of us. The small Buddha would be a perfect addition to your home.
