Materials: Hand Painted Copper with 24K Gold Gilding hand made in Patan, Nepal

- His left hand is held in the teaching mudra and holds the stem of a Lotus flower which symbolizes the victory of the spirit over the senses, and signifies the wisdom of knowledge
- Manjushri's jewelry including his headdress, earrings, and necklace are inaid with ruby, emerald, and red coral gemstones
- This beautiful sculpture is completely one of a kind, hand crafted and painted by the very talented artists of Patan, Nepal
Manjushree is the Bodhisattva who holds the flaming sword of enlightenment in his right hand as a warning representing his realization of wisdom to cut through ignorance. His left hand is held in the teaching mudra and holds the stem of a Lotus flower. The lotus is a symbol of the victory of the spirit over the senses, and signifies the wisdom of knowledge. His elaborate crowns, his jewelry and lotus base are adorned with sapphire, emerald, and ruby gemstones.
